Our holiday apartment is available to you from 3:00 p.m.

We ask our guests to hand over the apartment to us by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure so that we can thoroughly clean and prepare everything for the new guests.

If you arrive at night (after 10:00 p.m.), please let us know. We will be happy to send you an access code for the holiday apartment via WhatsApp or email.

Pay

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we currently only accept cash payment on the day of arrival or an advance payment (deposit) by bank transfer.

Cancellation of your booking

We refer to the AGBH's (Austrian hotel contract conditions):

Unless otherwise agreed in individual contracts, the following applies:

Up to 3 months – no cancellation fee 3 months to 1 month – 40% 1 month to 1 week – 70% In the last week – 90% No arrival without cancellation – 100%

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

• Tourist tax/local tax The tourist tax is levied independently of the accommodation price and is used to maintain the infrastructure.

  o all year round € 3.50 Tourist tax regulation for children:

  Children born in 2007 or later are exempt from tourist tax.
  Born in 2006 subject to visitor's tax
