Info: The holiday apartment is on the first floor of our house and can be reached via the external spiral staircase!

• The eat-in kitchen

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for 12 people, as well as a dishwasher, microwave oven, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, satellite TV, dining area with a large table, chairs and corner seat and a balcony.

• Bedroom 1 (max. 3 people)

Double bed system with satellite TV (32'' HD TV) and another single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair and balcony. Bright and cheerfully furnished!

• Bedroom 2 (for 2 people)

Double bed with satellite TV (32'' HD TV), wardrobe, chest of drawers and two windows with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

• Bedroom 3 (for 1 person or a child)

Room with a single bed, satellite TV (32'' HD TV), table and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 windows with a wonderful view of the mountain panorama.

• Bathroom

The bathroom of the holiday apartment is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer. The hand and bath towels warm and dry comfortably with the towel warmer (not a radiator!). This runs with the underfloor heating and heats up to a maximum of 32 degrees Celsius!

• Terrace (pure relaxation)

On the beautiful, large terrace with a nice seating area and table, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast or end the day after a hard day's vacation. Directly from the terrace you have a view of your own children's playground and can therefore keep an eye on your children at all times.

• Especially for children (play & fun)

Families with children are very welcome in our house.
While you end your day on the terrace, you can watch your children playing in the surrounding meadows. Away from the street, your children can romp around safely in the in-house children's playground, play in the sand, climb on the swing, jump on the trampoline or play football.

• Barbecue

Let the evening end comfortably and spoil yourself with delicious grilled food. We provide our guests with a charcoal grill and if it's windy, you can eat comfortably in the garden shed.

• Bread service

You are welcome to order your breakfast bread (bread roll service) from us, which the baker delivers fresh every day in summer and winter. (Sundays and public holidays unfortunately no delivery) A bread order list is available for fresh bread in the morning. On Sundays and public holidays you can pick up your breakfast rolls from the local bakery in the village center (5 minutes).

• Ski room / bicycle room

You can safely store your sports equipment, skis, snowboards, toboggans, bicycles or baby carriage in a lockable room. The shoe dryer and the ski room are in the garage of our house and can be accessed from the outside for our guests via a code lock The shoe dryer (10 pairs of ski, snowboard or hiking boots) always ensures dry and warm shoes in winter after a long hike or any sporting activity.

• Good to know

The complete apartment Frischmann Klaudia is heated by modern underfloor heating. All floors can be wiped and only washable beds and upholstery are used in the rooms. Our holiday apartment is specially designed for allergy sufferers. WLAN Internet is available in the entire apartment for free! The entire apartment was completely renovated in spring!
